Programs
Grab your kids for Family for Beach Yoga Night centered around music, movement and mindfulness! We'll go on an exciting yoga adventure as we practice different nature-themed yoga moves (including partner poses with your kiddos). You’ll enjoy fun, family-friendly yoga games and a relaxing wind-down, followed by a post-class treat. Great bonding experience for families!
Note:
We'll meet by the pavilion, and class will be held either on the grass or beach area!
*Note: Price includes the entire family; sign up for one child and extra waivers will be available day of*
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Parent/guardian must be present. The class is geared toward children ages 3-10 and their families, but all kids welcome!
