Gathering on the Green!


Saturday, December 7th, 4:30pm – 6:30pm.  Join us for a festive night celebrating the holiday season!  Santa will be coming to town to visit all the good boys and girls of Marlborough.  The Gathering will feature a lighted fire truck parade, tree lighting, pictures with Santa, refreshments, music and a majestic fireworks display!  Rain date Sunday, December 8th.

Event Timeline

4:30 – 5:00pm (Holiday music, refreshments, snacks)

5:00 – 5:15pm (Lighted Fire Truck Parade and Arrival of Santa)

5:15pm – (Santa Lights Tree)

5:15 – 6:15pm (Pictures with Santa & Christmas Carols)

6:15pm – (Fireworks)

 

Blish Park/Transfer Stickers




If you need a Blish Park/Transfer Station Pass, PLEASE PLAN AHEAD!! If you intend to park at the lake or go to the Transfer Station this summer, you need to have the ROUND GREEN STICKER on your windshield to gain access. The lots are being monitored by police and will ticket any cars without stickers. If you do not have this pass, you will need to fill out this application and print it out. Once complete, you may do one of the following:

* Mail it to Town Clerk's Office, P.O. Box 29, Marlborough, CT  06447 
* Scan and email it to townclerk@marlboroughct.net 
* Put it in the drop box outside Town Hall. As soon as we receive it, we will mail it out the same day.

Pavilion Reservation Process & Form

Reservations begin January 1st.  As always, you MUST BE a resident of Marlborough to reserve the facility and it is a first-come, first-served for dates.  A certificate of liability insurance for one million dollars naming the Town of Marlborough as additional insured is required for ALL reservations.  It can be provided to us from your own insurance or purchased from TULIP enter code 0501 - CT0 (that is a zero) where it asks for code.  The town does not receive any compensation from this program.  This is strictly for assistance and quite often is cheaper than other policies.
A reservation will be held for 72 hours - Your reservation will only be secured once a 50% deposit and a copy of your insurance is received.  Both are REQUIRED to secure your date. Pavilion Reservation Form
