Important Parks & Recreation Department Policies

After-School Youth Programs

A reminder to all parents who register their child for after-school Parks and Recreation Department programs. It is mandatory that you send a note to school office personnel that your child is to be dismissed to the parks and recreation program and not to their bus or normal routine at dismissal. The school will not release your child to the program without this note. Please  call the parks/rec office at 295-6203 if you have any questions on this matter, and we appreciate your cooperation.

911 Reflective Signs

The Marlborough Park & Recreation Commission is conducting a fundraiser selling "911 Reflective Number Signs" to local residents. The cost of the sign is $20. Having the 911 Reflective Sign in front of your home helps Emergency Services Personnel find you without delay. This reduces the risk of losing precious seconds searching for the number on your house. The Vertical sign is 8" X 24" and should be mounted near the street entrance of your home business driveway. The engraved numbers are 4" high on blue highway reflective metal.

In addition, you will be supporting the "Save the Playscape" Fund! All profits from this fundraiser will help fund the necessary repairs to the Blish Park Playscape.
